Coming from a family that is 100% Greek, I cannot remember a holiday where Baklava was not carefully made and happily consumed. My father taught me how to make it while I was a young girl. Like every Greek, he had his own, unique recipe that has been a family secret for over 100 years.
The Baklava Goddess is committed to making a fresh, homemade product. Each recipe of Baklava is handmade in small batches and accounts for the uniqueness of each piece. Our time and attention went into making this product so that you can experience the pleasure of our mouthwatering creation.
We opened our family owned business in 1999 and only produced Baklava for holiday purchasing. After the addition of the web site in the year 2000, sales more than doubled and Baklava became available all year long! We offer Baklava for corporate gifts and for wholesale as well.
In November of 2002, we even produced 75 pounds of Baklava for Warner Brothers in their promotional sale of the box office hit My Big Fat Greek Wedding. We hope that you enjoy your Baklava as much as we enjoy preparing it for you.
