Pinot Noir

Our Sonoma County Pinot Noir is rich and balanced with red fruit flavors of cherry, blackberry and plum. Its layers unfold to reveal an earthy character and delightful herbal notes, complimented by soft vanilla and a smooth, silky finish.

The grapes were destemmed and cold soaked prior to fermentation. During fermentation the enhanced contact between the skins and juice maximizes the red fruit flavors of this varietal. This wine completed malolactic fermentation.

Enjoy this wine with roast turkey, chicken salad, grilled lobster, or pasta dishes.
